Shipping Policy 

Shipping is available to New Zealand and Australia only and are delivered by New Zealand Post. Please note: New Zealand Post does not deliver to PO boxes. Once your product has been shipped, it usually takes 2 to 3 business days within New Zealand, and 3-4 weeks to Australia.

 

Please note: Due to COVID-19 and insufficient airfreight capacity we are experiencing delayed international delivery times. 


Please track your parcel using the tracking number provided to you – should your parcel get held in its destination’s customs, you are responsible for getting in touch with your local post office to sort its final delivery. You are also obligated to pay any additional costs that may arise, such as import taxes.

If you fail to collect your parcel and it is returned to us, you are responsible for the return postage back to you. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please email Kate photos of the damage, including photos of all the packaging in which it arrived.
